Senior Director of Social Services
Assemblies of God Family Services Agency, dba COMPACT Family Services is pleased to announce Paula J. Hall, LPC as the agency’s new Senior Director of Social Services for COMPACT Hillcrest Campus in Hot Springs, AR. As Senior Director of Social Services, Paula will direct child welfare placement, programs, casework, and services. She will supervise and/or oversee supervisory of program directors, program managers, department coordinators, case managers, direct-care staff, other social services staff, and care-giving volunteers
Paula J. Hall comes to COMPACT with a deep human services and child welfare education. Paula holds a BS in Psychology from Arkansas State University, MS in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, and an additional 36 hours of post-graduate studies from Henderson State University. Paula is pursuing her PhD.
Paula’s excellent professional credential includes: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arkansas, Distance Credentialed Counselor of the state of Arkansas, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
Paula’s respected professional experience spans direct care, case management, clinical therapy, training, and leadership. Her career path includes Hillcrest Children’s Home, Community Counseling Inc., Saline Memorial Hospital, Timber Ridge Neurorestorative Services, independent contract psychological services with Bryant Public Schools, and other private practice work.
Paula is married to the Rev. Dane Hall, District Youth Director of the Arkansas Assemblies of God. Paula and Dane have two children: Garrett, who is married and serving in the U.S. military, and Abby, who is in high school.
